Tall fescue
Use in Va. works great. I'm pretty sure this is the seed washed in blue fertilizer.
I understand tall fescue goes dormant in the winter. You were able to seed and grow in the fall? Thanks again.

That's the best season to plant grass, at least in VA. If you plant in the next couple of weeks, it will have a good 2 months to grow/get established. Much fewer weeds than doing it in the spring
