If they are truly one count as you state than the deal is for 3 brushes not 6.

Not only is this post confusing, with no explanation at all. It's misleading at the same time. How can a 2 count be 1 count? That statement makes no sense.

just add single count tooth brush and goto check out. from there change quantity to 3 and you will see multi discount. 3 for $9.98 + tax

not a bad deal.
