This was $3059.99 2 months ago from Samsung via their EPP site. I'd wait to see if it drops to roughly $3k again soon. Likely around Black Friday.

Is it worth waiting 3.5 months to possibly save 4% more? Not to me.

I bought this TV and received it last week. No complaints. It's a beast and you'll need 2 people to handle it.

One issue buying from Samsung is the cost of an extended warranty. Costco this is not. I'm just planning on winging it with the 1 year manufacturer warranty and the extra year from my cc, but I'd prefer longer obviously.

Just got mine from the same EPP deal a month ago. Matching it with the 950 soundbar for $1079 deal.

$650 for 5 years? EEK!

But hey, it includes burn-in insurance. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

"Upsie covers burn-in for all television types and models including LCD, QLED, OLED, and Plasma TVs"

https://upsie.com/tv-warranty/sam...iling=5999

"Samsung QLED TVs are free from TV Burn-in, guaranteed."

Could you please elaborate? Also can anyone set up an EPP account? I don't have an edu email address. Thanks in advance!

Assuming you meant to reply to cancel trick guy. Your account order should have a "cancel" button, if you click it after you place the order they'll sometimes prompt a queue saying "dont cancel save 100" or something like that.

You can also get EPP discount status by signing up for a Samsung money account by SoFi. I did it initially and put $10 in the account. Fast forward 9 months later and I use it as my sole bank account and have moved 70% of my stock holdings there. Great app.
