Currently using a small Ryobi from Lowe's for car washing was recently on sale for $79 and seems great - gentle to cars and super compact to stow away. 2 Sun Joes over 2 seasons both died - first was pump and 2nd was GFI Cord (I think). I would not recommend Sun Joe - I would pick another brand.

This is not what you want to spend your money on, my second one just died after 9 months. I occasionally use it to wash outdoor patio and car. Both had trouble at times pushing water and would trickle then kick the trickle then kick water out of the nozzle . As if the electric engine is overloaded. Finally my second one died, after 9 months. (First one lasted 2 months).

Buy a different brand, don't go thru the trouble I did and regret this cheap washer.

Westforce....never heard of that brand. A year later you never see that brand sold again.

Ryobi or Stanely or some other name brand.

Got the SPX2003 a few months ago refurbished for ~$50 . Over all not impressed, but it was cheap enough for me not to be too upset. Part of me wishes I had gotten something a little better. If you need this for anything but lightly washing a car or spraying siding that is not too high up, I wouldn't get it.

I was about to buy this one instead:

https://www.amazon.com/WestForce-3000PSI-Electric-Pressure-Washer/dp/B08CXW9H6T [amazon.com]

Anyone can shed some light on which one is better?

I have the spx3000 and it's great for grill, gutters, siding, driveway and cars. Don't require anything more powerful, so I'm glad these are available less than $100

Neither. SunJoe is not the brand to buy. Get Ryobi or some other real brand that has true PSI numbers.

Washing cars is about the only ideal application for something of this size.
I have one of these electric power washers and I use it to clean my siding, clean my deck and car so it can be used for a lot.

I chose my words carefully. I said "ideal" because, while yes, I could wash a deck, house, or even the empire state building....it is not the "ideal" tool.
I was implying that washing a car is it's best use case as this most likely won't strip or mess up a good paint job.

Anyone use this to wash their nasty trash cans? Mine stinks really bad and don't know what else to do besides not have trash in them.

I picked up the SPX2598 about a year ago thinking I'd be able to use it for foam car washes. That was a dream. I tried multiple aftermarket foam cannons and washes with no luck, just watery soap and no foam....

Maybe this slightly more powerful one will be enough

These are really good, but the wand needs a 90 degree bend in it. My wife can't reach her back side with this solo and always has to get me to help spray her off at shower time each week.

Is Greenworks a name brand to be trusted?
