Im shopping for a TU7000 65" in the $630 range. Is this Hisense model much better?

-this is a nice budget tv and has a good review from rtings.com
-but the price has not dropped recently, not sure why it is a slickdeal

why? costco has the RU9000 65" for $700 with 5 year warranty.

Rtings.com rates U6G materially higher than RU9000, but costco's 5Y warranty on RU9000 is attractive.

I don't goto Costco mcuh And I was looking mainly at walmart and bestbuy . Is it worth getting the RU9000 from costco?

Yes I know, but we're also talking Samsung vs. Hisense and as far as brand is concerned I prefer Samsung. Also the Samsung is a 120hz TV not a 60hz TV, and if you do any gaming then you will likely prefer the Samsung.

I think so, plus free delivery to your doorstep when it's in stock online. Just keep checking and it comes in and out of stock. I just got mine on Saturday and I couldn't be happier. It's also a 120hz TV not a 60hz like both this TV or the others people were comparing to so if you have a gaming system that can use the 120hz you will be happy with this.

Will watch movies , NFL and use as a PC monitor. Don't really need Delivery either.

me either, but for $20 more for 5 years of warranty it was worth it for me. For normal TV/Movie watching this is a decent TV (Hisense). The part that is unclear on this Hisense is how long the warranty is.
