This review says that it mostly takes the place of a spot cleaner, without having to scrub, and not meant for big jobs (especially since the water tank is so small): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kciOvdq
This doesn't seem like a bad option for small spaces though. If you have a larger space, the Big Green Machine is the way to go if you can get it on sale. I currently own the Dyson V8 for normal vacuuming, Bissell Crosswave for my hard floors + smaller rugs, Big Green Machine for quarterly house steam cleaning or bad accidents, and a Bissell Spot Clean pro for smaller accidents, staircases, etc. I also keep a few canisters of Bissell carpet foam for spot treatments/small accidents and it works amazingly well.
