Picked up this QN65Q8DTAFXZA (2020 model) refurbished at my local Microcenter for $799.99. Comes with 90-day warranty and confirmed with my Chase Credit (Southwest card) that it gives me an additional 1-year of warranty after the 90-day Samsung warranty expires. Been watching tv deals for a few months and couldn't find anything that compares to this price point. Hopefully others find this useful as well. Seems like many locations have stock. They were not on the floor at my microcenter so the associates may not even be aware they have them. I ordered online and picked up in store. Came in manufacturer's box. This is the warehouse model so the speakers are upgraded compared to the stand Q8D. Reviews on RTINGS are pretty amazing and the tv looks amazing in my basement so far!

Well go pay $1,300 for the newer 2021 model that got worse rating on RTINGS. Clearly this post isn't for you👍🏼. There's a sucker born everyday who's willing to overpay and you my friend should have at it.
I think this is a very nice deal. For $850 with tax the is nothing better, IMO.
Repd.

Thanks.
Thanks.
I mean Microcenter may put the floor sample to the box and sell it as refurbished ? am I missing something ?
I was considering LG nano Cell which sounds like equivalent of QLED technology under 1K price range... Feedback appreciated...
Thanks OP - price seems pretty decent if you risk to buy refurbished.

-led/qled tv's life cycle is typically so long you would upgrade your tv before it went out.
-LG nano Cell is inferior to this tv. The only reason I'd by an LG is if I needed wide viewing angles (IPS), or an OLED (their OLED's are fantastic).
This tv is a fantastic deal and is what I'd get if I were wanting to replace my samsung KS8000. IMO, this is a fantastic tv to get unless you're looking for OLED. This tv is glossy which I love. Glossy screens are beautiful and contrary to popular belief, they're superb with reflection handling.

What have you been observing? I am interested but i watch a lot of sports games.
Costco has a Q80 Series TV for $1,299 [costco.com] (with Allstate Protection Plan) . This seems to be the best deal I have seen in at least a month for a non OLED TV.
Thanks.
