The Disney Imagination Campus 50 Teachers Celebration ("Promotion") is sponsored by Disney Destinations, LLC ("Sponsor"), P.O. Box 10000, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 and is administered by Prize Logic, LLC, ("Administrator"), 25200 Telegraph Road, Suite 405, Southfield, MI 48033.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion consists of a contest ("Contest") and a sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on September 13, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2021 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Contest consists of a submission period that begins at 12:00 PM ET on September 13, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 31, 2021 ("Submission Period") that is followed by a judging period that begins at 12:00 AM ET on November 1, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 30, 2021 ("Judging Period"). The Submission Period and the Judging Period are collectively the "Contest Period". The Sweepstakes Period and Contest Period are collectively the "Promotion Period". The Administrator's computer is the official clock of the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is offered only to teachers, music directors, and administrators in education who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible entrant must visit Disney50TeachersContest.com ("Website") and complete and submit the registration information including, but not limited to date of birth, a valid email address, password (created by the entrant), their first and complete last name (no initials), phone number, street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state and Zip Code, school name where entrant works, school city, school state, school Zip Code, and grade level entrant teaches. Upon completing and submitting the registration information, entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: Entrant will receive one (1) entry for registering during the Promotion Period. Bonus Sweepstakes Entries: A. Opt-In To Marketing E-mails: Upon registering for the Promotion, entrant may opt-in to receive marketing e-mails from Sponsor and may opt-in to receive reminder e-mails about this Promotion. Entrant will receive one (1) entry for each opt-in for a total of two (2) additional entries into the Sweepstakes. Entrant may opt-out at any time. Limit: Entrant may receive two (2) total additional entries into the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period. B. Share with Friends: During the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant may obtain up to ten (10) additional entries by following the instructions on the Website and set forth below to share the Sweepstakes on Facebook and/or Twitter. Upon clicking the buttons to share the Sweepstakes, a message with a unique link will be posted to the entrant's choice of their Facebook Wall or Twitter feed ("Invitation Post"). To obtain additional entries, an entrant's Facebook "Friend" or Twitter "Follower" must click on the unique link in the Invitation Post and complete and submit the registration information requested, and enter the Sweepstakes. Upon the Friend's or Follower's successful registration into the Sweepstakes, the original entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: An entrant will receive one (1) entry for each Friend/Follower who enters the Sweepstakes by following the unique link in their Invitation Post, up to maximum of five (5) additional entries via Twitter and five (5) additional entries via Facebook.
HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: During the Submission Period, after registering or logging-in to the Website, an eligible entrant must then follow the on-screen prompts to submit an essay that describes an example where entrant encouraged their students to use their imaginations to creatively solve problems, including entrant's own creativity in presenting curriculum in a new and inspiring way ("Submission").
CONTEST JUDGING PERIOD: During the Judging Period, the Submissions will be judged by a panel of qualified judges selected by the Sponsor ("Judges"). The Judges will score the entries according to the following weighted criteria: (i) Creativity: 40%; (ii) Originality: 30%; and (iii) Personality: 30% ("Judging Criteria"). The fifty (50) Submissions that receive the highest score will be declared the potential Contest prize winners. The Contest winners are potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules. In the event of any ties, the entry with the highest score in criterion (iii) Personality will prevail. In the event there are still any ties, the tied Submissions will be judged again and the Submission with the highest overall score will prevail. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, or otherwise does not accept their prize as awarded, he/she will be disqualified and the Submission with the next highest judges score will be named a potential winner. Administrator's, Judges', and Sponsor's decisions shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the judging and selection of the winners. Judging scores will not be revealed. Sponsor reserves the right to not award the Contest prize if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of qualified Submissions.
SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING: On or about December 1, 2021, the Administrator will select fifty (50) potential Sweepstakes prize winners in a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Sweepstakes prize winner is deemed to be a potential winner pending verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor, at Sponsor's sole discretion.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):
A. Contest Prizes (50): Each Contest prize is a trip for winner to Walt Disney World® Resort ("Contest Prize"). Each Contest Prize includes: round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near winner's residence to Orlando, Florida for winner, standard hotel accommodations for three (3) consecutive nights (single room/double occupancy) at Walt Disney World® Resort (at Sponsor's selection), one (1) 3-day Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® Option, a $200 Disney Gift Card (terms and conditions apply), and one (1) ticket to the Inspiration Conference (for winner only) on May 27, 2022. Winner must travel on May 26, 2022 and return on May 29, 2022. The actual value of the trip may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation. Any difference between the estimated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation, and no compensation will be provided for any difference in prize value. Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Winner is responsible for having valid travel documents including government identification and/or passports. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses not included herein, including airline baggage fees, gratuities, meals, hotel room service, laundry service, spa treatments, nursery charges, alcoholic beverages, merchandise/souvenirs, airfare to and from Orlando International Airport, airport parking fees, transportation, local and long distance telephone calls, travel and medical insurance, and any other incidental costs or expenses related to participation in this prize. Travel must be booked at least seven (7) days in advance. Winner must sign and return a travel liability release before travel will be booked. Winner hereby acknowledges that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any part of the trip. Winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in, and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card. Any damage to the room will be the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element or detail of a prize is canceled, postponed or becomes unavailable for any reason. Should any event, element or detail of the Prize become unavailable, the Sponsor shall have no obligation to the winner aside from providing the remaining portion of the prize, minus any unavailable event, element or detail. Sponsor is not responsible if event, element or detail is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor for tickets that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of any event, element or detail, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. Winner agrees that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner if winner violates the previous restrictions or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event. There will be fifty (50) Contest Prizes in the Promotion. The ARV of each Contest Prize is $4,028.
B. Sweepstakes Prizes (50): Each Sweepstakes prize is $100 Prepaid Card (each a "Sweepstakes Prize"). The ARV of each Sweepstakes Prize is $100. Terms and conditions of Prepaid Card apply.
