seems like a deal to me. Voucher and miles will take up to 48 hours to show up.

Terms and Conditions: 10,000 Bonus Miles + $50 Voucher for NEW Discount Den Members

One time 10,000 Bonus Miles and $50 Frontier Airlines voucher on all new Discount Den subscriptions purchased at Flyfrontier.com com September 8, 2021, through September 16, 2021. Limit one 10,000 mile bonus and one voucher per Discount Den member and email. The flight voucher is only valid towards one future purchase of flight fare on Frontier Airlines for one-time use. Any unused value will be forfeited. The flight voucher can only be used toward flight fare. The flight voucher will expire 180 days after issuance. 10,000 bonus miles is enough for a one-way domestic Value redemption on Frontier Airlines. Miles will expire after 6 months without any other accrual activity unless otherwise stated. The miles and voucher have no cash value and may not be applied to past bookings or subscriptions, refunded, sold, bartered, or traded. Miles and voucher will not be awarded on cancelled, refunded or free subscriptions.

You can still register as a "new member" if needed, just use a new email. I was trying for a flight that was $130 one-way, but only 10,000 miles. Ended up getting the flight with those miles and $50 credit for later. Only $59 total. Pretty stoked

Anyone else getting "To protect this website, we cannot process your request right now." when they try to check flight reservations or sign up for this deal? I couldn't find an easy to read map of where Frontier flies either aside from just looking at the long dropdown on the reservation form.

does this work for expired discount den members that sign back up? do they count as "new"? or do you have to just create a new account/email??

They'll have to do much better than this to convince me to risk flying with them.

Fwiw, having gone in with appropriate (in my opinion) expectations, I've never had a bad experience with them. Yeah the seats and trays are small and they nickel and dime you for everything, but that was pretty much to be expected.

I only use them for short trips and non-urgent flights and I have a bag sized to their personal item allowance so I never pay extra or have to worry much about delays (which happen with any airline). If a trip is important then I'm going to pay more than $30 for it, which is how much I've paid for some of those flights.

I'm sure I'll fly them at some point. My thinking is if you're a frequent Frontier flyer you likely don't qualify for this; and if you're new to Frontier, there's reasons you haven't flown them, and there probably isn't enough benefit here for most who have chosen other carriers previously.

In other words, to me this feels too much like a Groupon that might never get used for full value. I've been through too many of those.

In the past when I've priced them out, most of their destinations (from where I'm at) are not daily flights.

If my flight is canceled or delayed I miss out on a day of vacation, or worse, a hotel night I cannot cancel on top of that.

I can't risk a 'whatevs' approach if I'm flying to see a game or concert, which is the impression I've got about them and Spirit.

The nickel and diming isn't the issue. If it works for someone, great!

I've priced Frontier for direct flights from Ct to FL. And they are cheaper, BUT by the time you add back in things that most people would want anyway, especially if traveling with others or kids, these discount places (Frontier, Spirit) are just as if not more expensive than standard carriers.

If you're a seat-of-the-pants last minute bring nothing kind of person, I can see the attraction though.

I actually like Frontier. Yes I fly Southwest a lot but I have elite status on Frontier. Once you have that, it's pretty nice...front row seat upgrades all the time and a free carryon.... NOT saying it's for everyone, but once you fly enough to get elite status, it's worth it, IMHO.

They are good if you're traveling to visit friends/family and don't need much luggage or not locked in to a hotel reservation.

google ~ frontier buy tickets at airport ~ to see how to avoid an added fee for buying online. I ride our regional bus out to the airport (free these days) to buy at the counter and save $21 per ticket.

if you actually got the rewards that quickly I would be very surprised. i haven't gotten them after days and they said they wouldn't show up until 9/17....
