Just a heads up for anyone buying, I had to pop out the camera unit's ball joint from the socket to flip the camera so it could be angled down properly. It comes default upside down from the images shown on the box probably to save space when packaging. Here's a forum that talks about it:

Thanks! The instructions still show the camera pointing down towards the ground when installed in the ceiling. Do you know if the camera can be angled out??

I have this and the doorbell and I'm super happy with both. Video quality is great, no monthly fee, and flood light motion detector works perfect. Would absolutely recommend. I had arlo before and hated it.

if you look at the pictures sideways in the forum I linked to, that's about as much as you can angle them

They say the led bulbs are not replaceable, so you may have to replace the entire unit? Anyone know if this is true? I wonder if it's the same case with the Ring floodlights
