This is the best price they've had on these as far as I know. I bought one several months ago for $180 and it works flawlessly as long as you have good Wi-Fi connection. The human detection is good, but the audio is not great and has too much wind noise. Night vision works well. Only complaint I'd have is FOV could be a little wider but whether that is an issue for you is going to depend on where you set it up. No subscription is a plus as everything is stored onboard.

There is no plan to support these on Homebase.

There was a promise to support the indoor cams on Homebase, but it's been 2 years and they now ignore questions about it.

This is the best price they've had on these as far as I know. I bought one several months ago for $180 and it works flawlessly as long as you have good Wi-Fi connection. Looking at the white color variant, model number on bestbuy is T8422J21.
Model on amazon is T8424121.
Are they different?
Bestbuy description reads- security floodlight cam 2k

What does the Blue & green zones mean? It detected me & got Notification on phone with pic "Pet detected" Do you use green zone for trees in the way? Thanks.

I haven't used that feature so I'm not sure. I did use the zone feature to ignore my neighbors yard. Turning on the AI detection and notifications for humans only eliminates false alarms from trees and non-human triggers.
