Worked in NY to add to cart but when you go to use won't let you add to order as outside of targeted location.

When you change delivery address, the whole thing cancels.

Able to add code to account but I think order needs to be in specific areas? I'm in California when I place the order I'm not able to use the discount

Worked in NJ.
1. Make a pickup order of your choice
2. Go to last checkout page and change pickup to delivery. Enter Massachusetts in address. Any apt number. Save and continue.
3. Apply promo code
4. Switch order delivery to pickup.
Hope it helps

FYI, if you're picking up food (and actually care about the business you're buying from), definitely just order it from the restaurant's own website. Restaurants are hurting right now and companies like Uber Eats tack on a huge fee just to process the order. It's one thing if you're getting delivery and the restaurant doesn't offer it in-house, but it's another thing entirely when you could save the restaurant $5-10 (or more) just by ordering from their website.

I can see why you would say that, really I do. Imagine going to a restaurant and asking for a 5-10 dollar discount on the food and what they would say to you.

During the height of COVID last year, I was routinely tipping 25% for take out orders after calling in my orders, then I got to thinking-- if I fell on hard times and I asked for a 25% discount would they empathize with me or tell me to get the fk out of their restaurant? And why do we have to routinely supplement their workers wages in the form of tips? The revenue model for the restaurant industry is broken.

That's why they markup the prices through these 3rd party apps by a good margin to compensate for those fees. Compare the menu rates from their restaurant websites or currently priced Yelp menu screenshots. That's why many of those order links from their own restaurant sites redirect you to one of these platforms anyway.

Sometimes that's the case. Other times the restaurant just jacks up the price for everyone, meaning everybody pays for stuff like this even if we're not using it.

Just worked in Greenwich Connecticut just across the border from NY. Had to change my pickup address to Connecticut address. Wouldn't work with NY pickup address. This was a pickup order.

Serious question: why order on Uber eats and go pick it up? Why not just cal the restaurant directly so they get all the money?

Makes sense for a deal like this..

Does it work in the rest of MA? Says Boston, western MA, Worcester. What about south shore and the cape?
