The offer is valid from 6-7-2021 to 9-10-2021 and only to the first 50,000 people. They don't give you the discount right at the cash register... they give you a $20 credit at some point in the future *if* you are the first 50,000. So it's impossible to know if you are going to get the $20 or not. Back when they had the $10 back on a $20 transaction, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the $10 from PayPal. I advise you to steer clear of this one; PayPal doesn't have the best reputation at fulfilling promotions like this.
The $20/$10 CVS offer is in my paypal acct but it doesn't allow an option to "save" it. When you click on it then it takes you to a page that explains how the offer works. Is it automatic or do you really need to save it?

SUCCESS REPORT: I went in just now, bought $27.51 worth of goods, made sure to apply this coupon AND the $10 off $20 first in store visit from within the app.
RESULT: $20 off applied immediately to my purchase, it shows $7.51 on the charge in PayPal. I also got the $10 credit to my PayPal balance!
Do it quick folks, this one isn't going to last long. To use the payment method, go into the app, tap the top right button that looks like a QR code, at the top middle tap the button to Show To Pay, have the cashier scan the QR code. That's it, I didn't have to sign or anything. The first time you do the show to pay you have to choose which payment method is assigned by default.

Just got an email from PayPal after scanning the code and it says:

You can use this offer at the CVS website or in-store. To get this discount, pay with PayPal and your reward will automatically be applied to your next eligible purchase. That's right, PayPal isn't just for online shopping. You can use the app to pay in stores too. Thanks again for being a great PayPal customer.
So close yet so far, in my Tampa location, you go to pay with PayPal or Venmo and it says to scan with you mobile device but there is nothing to scan on the screen, tried both of the kiosk, cash and cashless
