The offer is valid from 6-7-2021 to 9-10-2021 and only to the first 50,000 people. They don't give you the discount right at the cash register... they give you a $20 credit at some point in the future *if* you are the first 50,000. So it's impossible to know if you are going to get the $20 or not. Back when they had the $10 back on a $20 transaction, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the $10 from PayPal. I advise you to steer clear of this one; PayPal doesn't have the best reputation at fulfilling promotions like this.

Got 2 x $25 Amazon GCs - 2 different transactions (Venmo & PP) at the register. Cashier scanned my codes with no issues.

Charged $5 on each app and got the $10 credit from PP.

Thank you to the OP!

Scanned it to my app and it said I would get $20. Went straight to CVS and I only got $10 back. Bait & switch.
You may want to check your PayPal activity - mine said "CVS Pharmacy -$0.00" for a $20GC purchase, meaning you got an additional $10 back from a second PayPal promo.

Just used paypal and venmo to buy $25 Amazon gift cards at CVS. When you go to scan at self checkout, make sure to cover the QR code and only have the barcode scan. If it sees both, it won't accept payment. That is what the person there told me, I ended up having the cashier run the payment. Only $5 was deducted from my venmo and paypal account per transaction. In addition, paypal gave me a $10 credit on my purchase so I got $50 in gift cards for free.

I tried the self-checkout kiosk to pay a $25 Amazon GC by Paypal QR code after hitting the Paypal/Venmo/Alipay button on the screen, However it gave me errors after multiple attempts. Eventfully I paid with my CC and got another $25 Amazon GC at the cashier counter using the Paypal QR code. The cashier also have no idea why the digital payment at the self-checkout Kiosk didn't work. He said sometimes it worked.
Gift Cards can't be activated at the self-service kiosk and paid with QR.

Did you use the offer back in April? It is one-time only.

Did you open the get $10 Paypal cash back offer QR code to pay or did you use the $20/$20 QR code from this deal? I used the QR code from this deal and didn't see the $10 Paypal cash back after completing the deal.

Does it have to be 1st In-Store Touch Free Purchases $20+? I have made payment with Paypal, but forgot to scan the QR in my app. Only got $10 promo. If I go and pay with Paypal again, will I get $20?

Worked on both Venmo and PayPal, worked on wife's PayPal and my burner PayPal too, but didn't trigger the extra ten on the latter because it needs a verified account for that

Also, I can confirm that self check out totally works

I didn't get the additional $10 off from Paypal... only the $20 off $20+ offer. Will it come later?

Just did the deal with Venmo at my CVS store.

I scanned the QR code at home into the Venmo app. At the store, I selected a $25 Home Depot gift card. I put on the screen the "use at checkout" QR code (or however it was worded) from the Venmo app in front of the live cashier. She scanned it, and the transaction went through.

When I got home, I checked the Venmo app, and it merely charged me $5, invisibly and automatically deducting the $20 CVS credit.

Great deal!
Worked for me as well. Thanks!

At self check out did you scanned it as it was or did you blocked the QR code like someone mentioned on here earlier?
