    5. Make your first Touch Free Purchase of $20 or more using PayPal QR code at checkout
    6. After completing purchase, $20 will be sent to your valid account
  • Venmo Instructions:
    1. Open Venmo App (Android or iOS)
    2. In bottom left corner of app, click "Scan"
    3. Click here and Scan QR Code
    4. Accept Permissions
    5. Click "Save for Later"
    6. Under Profile, select QR code symbol
    7. Click "Show to Pay" to being up your QR Code
      • Note, new Venmo users will need to verify identity under settings to use QR code
    8. Make your first Touch Free Purchase of $20 or more
    9. After completing purchase, $20 will be sent to your valid account

The offer is valid from 6-7-2021 to 9-10-2021 and only to the first 50,000 people. They don't give you the discount right at the cash register... they give you a $20 credit at some point in the future *if* you are the first 50,000. So it's impossible to know if you are going to get the $20 or not. Back when they had the $10 back on a $20 transaction, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the $10 from PayPal. I advise you to steer clear of this one; PayPal doesn't have the best reputation at fulfilling promotions like this.

Both offers worked for me. The $25 Amazon card ended up only being $5 billed to my Discover card, and I got $10 deposited to my PayPal balance after the transaction.

So i got a little excited and forgot to scan the QR code before making the purchases. I kind of want to try again but now this would be my second no contact purchase....do you think it will still give me the rebate?

I thought you would have to tap "scan to pay" in order to make the purchase? If you forgot to scan the qr code, then how did you pay with?

Or am I wrong?

Yeah I wasn't too clear. I meant the OP's coupon that needs to be scanned first. I skipped that step and instead just paid with my app using QR. No deal activated. No rebate.

He meant scanning the QR Offer. You have to scan the QR Offer first before doing the scan to pay

Worked great for me on two $25 Apple cards, both PayPal and Venmo. I initially tried in store via self checkout, but the machine locked up on the final payment processing screen. A cashier voided that, and rang me up at a traditional register.

Venmo shows the $5 charge, PayPal shows a net $5 credit to my balance after the offer stack.

​You may need to open this on your phone, it didn't work on my computer but worked on my phone. Which makes sense because it needs to open the app.
