    6. Under Profile, select QR code symbol

The offer is valid from 6-7-2021 to 9-10-2021 and only to the first 50,000 people. They don't give you the discount right at the cash register... they give you a $20 credit at some point in the future *if* you are the first 50,000. So it's impossible to know if you are going to get the $20 or not. Back when they had the $10 back on a $20 transaction, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau to get the $10 from PayPal. I advise you to steer clear of this one; PayPal doesn't have the best reputation at fulfilling promotions like this.

Here is what I did differently, after it didn't work last night. I still had the promo applied to my wallet this morning.

1.) Unchecked use PayPal balance first
2.) Swapped preferred card to another
3.) Went to a different store
4.) $25-$500 AGC instead of $25 only

Self checkout wasn't working again, but it scanned at register. The cashier said they sometimes have problems with PayPal and self checkout.

Got the $20 + $10 first time promo

Not sure if anything I did actually made a difference, other than going to a different store. Maybe it helps someone though. Good luck

I went out to CVS.

Self checkout didn't work.

Paypal worked with cashier. Venmo didn't work with cashier.

Went to second CVS to try Venmo. Self checkout and cashier didn't work.

I used SCO to get an ebay GC. First time i scanned my PP barcode it didnt work. I then scanned it again and it worked.

Not sure why some people got the $20 off and the $10 credit to trigger and some didn't. I didn't get the $10 to trigger. Does this means I can buy another $20gc for $10 or am I now ineligible for that $10 credit?

Same thing happened to my gf. Her PayPal transaction went through but no receipt was printed so CVS staff didn't give her the gift card. She did receive $10 back from PayPal because she had that promo loaded. The $20 off $20 isn't showing on her venmo offers anymore so there's probably no reason for her to try again today…

I didn't do anything specific for the $10, and wasn't even expecting it. I bought a $25 GC at CVS, and on my PayPal activity history, it shows:
+$10 (Credit from PayPal)
-$5 (CVS Pharmacy)

So I'm only charged $5 for the $25 GC, which was $20 off, and got an extra $10 from PayPal.

What a mess. One of my paypal accounts yesterday wasn't working I tried several cvss and i couldn't check out it kept erroring. I removed the deal off my paypal and put it back on and it never showed even though it said it was already applied when i rescanned the qr code. It looks like I had an old debit card on there and thats why it wasn't letting me check out. I put a new card in today went and it worked after I removed the old card and put my new card as preferred. The only thing is I did not get the 20 off the 25 card like i thought i would. I think me removing the deal yesterday and attempting to put it back on messed that up. I did however get the 10 credit on my paypal from this transaction today.

Had saved it to my venmo last afternoon and needed to go to CVS anyway so gave it a try. $20 came off the total on the email receipt.

Removing the offer means it is gone forever.
You cannot add it again.
I did that with useless offers saved back when the Target + Paypal deal was around.
I could not add those offers back.
