The details are lacking, but the offer appears to work the same as previous years: the membership form (coupon) prints at the register after checkout. My friend purchased $15 worth of Walgreens vitamins and dental floss and the form printed. The form is the same as last year and existing members get a free one year membership extension.

I made it very clear in writing to the AARP ( usually sign up 5 years at a time ) and the NRA
( life member ) to never to send me any junk mail and I really don't get much of any.
