The first gen screen (this one) has some noticeable blur on motion, despite being a high refresh panel. Second gen is better, but second gen with 1440p panel is smooth.

Overall, this is a killer laptop if you don’t mind the blur or smaller trackpad vs other premiums.

At mine? No. But you can go to the website, and you can look at specific models, and it'll let you know if it's on display or not

There are two areas that are cheap on this laptop......1. GPU and 2. screen.

1. The 1650 will barely push the newer games at low settings... but it can do it, Barely.

2.. The screen is 250 Nits 60Hz.... this is considered a low end screen besides giving you 1080P anti glare (I think it is anti glare)

The build quality is very high... I still would choose the Acer Swift X if you need a 14" laptop, it's CPU is the 5800u (this one is about 5% faster) but it does have a 3050Ti (which is about about 10% slower then a 1660 Ti, but more efficient) and it has a web CAM. The 3050Ti is about 40% faster then the 1650. And the swift has a web CAM. But I feel the Asus is a better build... Both this ASUS and the Swift have a 60Hz screen but the swift is 300nits while the ASUS is 250nits.

Again, if I was buying a 14", I would go with the swift.

Good price if the GPU isn't very important to you. 3050 Ti is like 40% faster for reference. 3060 is over 100% faster.

So would you say it's a bit over priced as there have been few deals in the near past with 3060 for similar price and comparable specs. Thanks for your inputs.

It's a f****** insult to call this a gaming laptop
Gameable. Sure there's better gaming laptops at this price and much better for a few bucks more. But you're paying for the portability and light weight
