Allulose is not a sugar alcohol so it wont appear there, but it's also not metabolized so it can be subtracted from the net carbs. There's probably a line on the packaging explaining how 3 is calculated

Did not raise my blood sugar at all when testing the 22g bite sized version
Fair warning these will likely melt during shipping in areas like mine that are still hot. You can put them in refrigerator after receiving to firm back up if you wish.
I plan on just letting them acclimate to room temp for a day or so to firm up before opening.

However they weren't bad, I think it may just be a preference thing. Great probably for the chewy gooey caramel fans.
