Go to Costco pick up their whole chicken for $5, then head to their prepared food section and get a tray of mash potatoes for less than $10 and feed your whole family, valid any day anytime, don't know how Boston market charges $12 for a meal that can't even feed 1

Not sure a Costco chicken can feed an entire family unless they eat like birds. One person could polish that off if they are really hungry. If not that hungry then it could feed two.

Had Costco chicken plenty of times. For $5 it's a steal. Flavor wise it sucks.

Chop it into 6-8 pieces while shaving the fat/grease, then season/sauce it as you wish and finally pan it (lid closed so it doesn't dry the meat) for 3-5 minutes.
PS: I love lemon-pepper seasoning.

Would be nice if my local Boston market would stop closing early due to running out of food or "technology issues"
