It goes in and out of stock consistently and has for a year. Only it used to be 2299. This price is a notable increase from a year ago. Which kind of stinks.
FYI, Best Buy sent me a 10% off code last month and I picked up a new one for $2699. For sure it's a really nice projector and with inventory issues, they've held the line on price, but unless you need it right now, I just don't think $2499 for a refurb is that compelling.
$2399 @ amazon for the same with 90days free return. Not in stock now. But still able to place the order. They will ship it once it's back in stock.
Better to order at amazon if you have patience to wait.

Do you have a link for amazon? I cannot find it. On the Epcson site I can't evn add it to my cart.
Refurbished means it could have an old bulb or a new bulb. So, potentially add another $140 for a bulb.
Refurb is nice for some things, but unless you're guaranteed to get a new bulb then you need to factor that in. Plus, you want whoever you can get the best warranty with.

Projector is excellent for the money. Holds it's own even against more expensive jvcs.

With a tk800. Was looking to upgrade but hoping the epson (which is much larger) could use the same mount
