Anyone know much on the quality of this? I like that you can cover it and keep in from the elements. My kids love playing with the sand at the beach so for the price might be worth it to get some entertainment for them

Not a bad price to use it for a raised garden bed. 6" high should be good enough for veggies that don't grow under the ground right?

These would be great for chickens.
They love a good dust bath and if you add a little dirt and ash from the wood stove they won't go around digging holes looking for good dust.
I'm using an old tractor tire but this would look nice.

I got it couple weeks ago when the deal was about 15 more....I think the quality is good. I sealed it using some woodseal and it's going to be in our covered patio. so far no issues yet. The play sand cost a lot more than the box itself if you are looking for good quality sand.

After seeing the included cover and figuring it might keep bugs and cats out for a week at most, I think a plastic version would be better. I remember seeing turtle shaped ones with a nice fitting lid as a child?

Toxoplasmosis. Google it.
Please cover it and/or don't play in it if cats will be using it.

Nice little foraging ground for my pet bunny. I like the raised bed idea too. What kind of wood is it I wonder.

Pretty good price. Just be aware you will also need to buy about 25-30 bucks worth of sand as well (250-300lbs at a home depot).

It's a bit "small", imo, but really not bad.
