Shakespeare agility spinning fishing reel, 35 size. I have this in a 40 size and it's a pretty good reel. Pretty good reviews but nothing fantastic.
Found it on walmart.com for 8.19 with free shipping at $35. Doesn't look like you can ship to the store for free. I needed other things so I picked up 2.
If you need line for it, here's a cheap $2 mono, 8 or 10lb should be good with this.

As far as this reel goes, it's good for freshwater, and probably not a good idea for saltwater. It doesn't seem to have sealed bearings and a 3500 size is probably going to be too small for larger fish. This should be good for bass, trout, crappie, smaller carp, walleyes, etc.

I haven't seen it at $20 as a combo. I think the combo I've seen was around 40 to 50 last time I saw this as a combo. If you can find it as a combo, post a link as that would probably be a better buy.
