There is a way to do it on mobile. Push the arrow label above where it shows the total on the payment screen and then click "Got a discount code?".

Isn't this the company that everyone was having issues with last time they had a deal?

Playstation plus activation codes were saying 'already activated' or something along those lines. Makes me nervous.

You need to tap the up arrow about total for more information and to put the code in. I just did it from Chrome on an Android phone.
