tbh, just wait for another vendor, this is a generic design
No, looks like the pen holder is on the other side. Can be difficult to see when folded but if you look carefully, you can see all buttons on the lower side and pen holder is the other/upper side.

This is a decent deal, especially given how hard it is to get decent cases for this phone let alone one that has a slot for the S pen

This is the case I am using as of today. I like the way it holds the pen ( very strong). But, there are some negatives to this case too.
1) Edges of the case are very sharp. They really hurt your fingers.
2) not very convenient in using the finger unlock.
