QA note: link is for reference, deal is in store only

Considering the ratcheting PVC cutter itself is $13.98, the flexible tube cutter is also $13.98, without blades, this kit is a great deal. I found these in my HD's clearance endcap near the plumbing section.

The PVC cutting kit includes Husky's 1-1/4 in. quick-change ratcheting cutter with replacement blade, Husky flexible tube cutter with replacement blade. It also comes with foldable pouch for storage and transportation. All included tools are covered by the Husky lifetime warranty.
  • Husky 1-1/4 in. ratcheting PVC cutter cuts up to 1-1/4 in PVC (1-5/8 in. O.D.) for cutting PVC, CPVC, PP, PEX, PE, rubber hose
  • Husky flexible tube cutter cuts PVC, CPVC, PEX pipe and flexible pipe
  • Comes with foldable pouch for storage and transportation
  • Replacement blade included

It might, but it will crush it. If your just cutting them to remove them, then better to use some side cutters.
If your cutting to flare it, then definitely use a tubing cutter.

This is a 'Special Buy' that was out last Black Friday. Just ONE these cutters normally costs $14 to $15.

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky.../304217583
https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky.../304217581

And just one replacement blade runs $8. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky.../304228784

So if you bought both cutters and the spare blades separately it would be $44.
