I wish I could just play the changes from the original P5, I simply don't have the time to replay it. Took me months last time and I have less time than before.

If I already own the non-royal version and have put in 10+ hours, is it worth getting this one? (It's been so long it'd be like a fresh playthrough)

I'd say YES. That's what I did. Probably more hours into the original, but still not halfway I'd guess. And then a year or so went by. So when you start this, at first you'll think it's the same but then new things happen and new characters appear, and some quality-of-life-gameplay enhancements.

So now I was into the Royal version a bit past where I got last time in the original. And then Summer and other stuff happened and really want to get back into it again. It's much better if you can do it on an ongoing basis, not take months off between sessions....
