I waited several days for someone to post this, but no one did! I figured some folks out there would want to know, so here you go:
Google Play (and likely Amazon, iTunes, Microsoft, and Vudu--sorry, I didn't have time to check all titles) has select 4K Pixar films on sale for $10. This is a great way to spend your Google Rewards survey credits and all these titles are Movies Anywhere (MA) compatible. This sale will likely end on Tuesday night (9/14).
QA note: Deal is expired, all prices have increased, except Coco, which is still $9.99. Please see FP for additional purchase options.

$11:

Onward [google.com]
These are $1 more than at Amazon, iTunes, Microsoft Movies, and Vudu, but might be worth the extra if you have some Google survey credit you need to burn. Note: Google doesn't specify whether Onward is 4K but it should be.
Here's a bundle of Onward and Coco in 4K for $17:

The Tron movies are also on sale for $5 (HD only). There are two other posts that included these titles, but neither mentioned that Google Play has them. Again these are MA and a good way to use survey credits:

how do u get that many survey credits .. what device and settings do u use ?
I don't know. I used to get a lot over the past year or two and I'm usually sitting at $20 in rewards. I have a pixel 3aXL. Lately I haven't been getting that many surveys but when I do I some times get two or three at a time. And lately in only getting ten cents or so for each one. I'm the past o used to get 74 cents, 25 cents, 30 cents. But it's been slowing down lately.

The more places you visit the more likely you are to have information Google is interested in.
That said, I think it is hugely random and variable also- there was a time I was swimming in requests and credits as well but recently it's been much more intermittent and low value.
If anyone has a Google connection that could get us a more official cheat-sheet on maximizing it that would be great.
Pretty much. Very good
