You're only using 1 point.

You obviously lack an understanding of the benefit of the advertised promotion, which involves the use of 1 Point to receive a $10 discount on a $30 purchase.

Please refrain from providing invalid advice. Thanks.

I tried many times, if I use .01 in points, it only takes off .01 cents from the purchase, not the whole $10. Maybe others are having better luck than me but I know what I'm saying about my points.
You are not eligible for promo then. YMMV, remember?

Anyone get this?

Chase reports that your card is not eligible to register in Shop with Points at Amazon.com. Please Contact Chase by calling the number on the back of your card if you have any questions.

Anyone know how to find these deals or promos within the Amazon app?

Also, if there's anyone who can chime in on another issue I have...
After much fiddling with the settings, positive I selected the appropriate commands, I cannot force links to open in the Amazon app on my Samsung S10. Does SlickDeals have something going on that prevents this or is it dependent on my S10? Anyone?

Thank you!

Make sure whatever you're buying is both shipped and sold by Amazon

I'm literally always eligible for these. I wonder what the criteria is?
You've used this offer in the past, unlinked the card, then recieved and redeemed this offer again using the same cc number?

not eligible unfortunately but thank you. anyone know why Chase/Amazon try to rip you off when using your points to purchase things directly from amazon? It's not a 1 for 1 dollar for dollar...it's some amount less than the amount you would get in cash back, or literally any other gift card you order form them as a reward. making numbers up here but say I have $100 in points available, when I go to check out on Amazon and pay with points I get 93 or something. I always just get cash back or a dif card if gifting to someone. almost seems like a scam.

I suspect chase is unhappy with how generous they were. They are trying to reduce points value, eventually cutting the rate of direct redemption as well

Pretty sure I've used this deal before and was eligible again this time. Thanks!

In order to get Amazon to apply my giftcard balance as well I had to let the checkout process apply all available points in my chase card. If I manually changed the redemption amount I could no l longer apply the GC balance and get the $10 off so i transferred all but 2 points to another chase card, waited a couple min for the system to update, then placed my order.

You may have to wait and try again. Sometimes it works.

Convenience cost I guess. They used to let you do it 1:1; but realistically it just makes more sense to take your points as cash and then you can get cashback on your purchase instead of getting no points and no credit card benefits

Lol, you are more negative on helpfulness ratings than you have in posts. You should consider returning to lurking. I don't think you are ready for gen-pop…
