Q:I know the label says not for highway use but everyone knows labels are for layers. has anyone tried it on their car with tpms sensors?

Answer this question
A: Slime's new 2-in-1 Tire & Tube Sealant is formulated for non-highway tires and tubes, such as tractors, UTVs, bicycles, lawn mowers, etc. As a result, it has large repairing fibers that will not allow it to pass through a TMPS sensor and so should not be used in a highway vehicle tire.
There's 2 types of TPMS; direct and indirect. This would mess up the direct type, they have the sensors in the tires.
The indirect style just measures tire rotation from the antilock brake sensor, so there's nothing on the tire to get messed up.

That being said, a tire plug kit and 12v compressor is a far better option if your ok with getting your hands dirty.

TPMS is standard on all cars since 2008, so this won't work on cars essentially?

It's less fibrous and used more as an emergency repair, while this stuff is more used for "preventive" treatments in lawn mowers, UTVs, etc.

Glad someone mentioned that, I almost grabbed another one for the car. So much easier than changing a tire, and much better for your TPMS and corrosion than the regular cans of fix a flat.

Used it once as instructed and it made the tire seriously out of balance. It felt like I was driving on a square tire. Don't recommend.

Anyone use this for mountain bikes (as a preventative? Or carrying out with you so you can use after getting a flat? Guessing using after a flat is better use?)

Same questions on lawn equipment or golf cart tires?

Thanks

I use this preventively in electric mountain bike and electric scooter. It works great!
