Artificial?
Google - Allulose, a monosaccharide also known as psicose, is a rare sugar. It's found naturally in dried fruits like jackfruit, figs and raisins, but only in small quantities which makes it difficult to extract from its original source.
When ordering the sugar alternatives, be aware that some are deadly in pets while others cause stomach issues, vomiting, and diarrhea . Xylitol is deadly for sure for dogs. Just keep them out of reach to be safe.

I've looked this up previously. Yes, Xylitol is toxic to dogs. But the others aren't in normal quantities - so as with all other human food generally, keep away. But the cocoa powder in your kitchen is more likely to harm your dogs than these. Some references for the curious:
Anything unfamiliar will cause tummy upset in pups, and these nominally more than simply changing their diet.
But great callout. Xylitol is super toxic and luckily not in this - but Killer Creamery does use it so I avoid because my pup will find those empty containers. That and I never keep chewing gum around anymore.
FYI, erythritol is the main ingredient and often gives people diarrhea. This looks like a Frankenstein hodgepodge of many different, weirdly modified products that were originally from a plant but now have been artificially modified. Who knows what this will do to you.
Remember that sugar is all natural from a plant and is way more natural than this product. I'm not saying sugar is good for you either but there are just no free rides with sweets if you want to be healthy and lose weight.
Just trying to present food for thought in case this might help someone.
Ordered the max of four. These are about $10/bag on KA's site, and their FS is with $75, today.
We'll see. I have not been happy with the results of baking with sugar substitutes, but I keep trying, for my husband LOL

I've seen the Swerve 48 oz bags on sale for $5 each on woot twice, but forgot to order both times.
Wow. What a steal. And here I am thinking when I found those size bags on Amazon warehouse for 12.50; that was a great deal. Maybe I should browse woot more often.
I prefer this to all other sugar substitutes. It is not as sweet as others, but it does not have the cold aftertaste of others. Made some ridiculous chocolate chip cookies last night.
i as well also made some oatmeal cookies ,the chocolate chip were totally ridiculous to be kind ,nobody ate more than a bite ,i myself gagged lol....pretty awful ...i must say though the oatmeal i made with 1/2 this crap and half real sugar and was not bad at all ...........for those interested use a little real sugar with this garbage to make it at least edible .....

Sorry your cookies sucked. I recommend extra butter, real vanilla and sea salt.
Lily's are the best low carb chocolate. It's smooth, but it turns a bit dry after baking for some reason.
The sugar alternative is oos again.
I bought these last year and target shipped out of las Vegas. I ended up with melted and hardened chocolate block. Lesson learned, don't order chocolate items in months. Customer service ended up shipping another one

Allulose
Monk Fruit
Stevia
Erythritol
All four are in that. So I don't see anything wrong with it.

My wife recently started using this for baking and so far everything has turned out pretty good.
We also like it in our coffee.

I know, it's for baking, but I like fake sugar blends more than any one in particular.
Keto is great for maintaining low hunger so you can chisel out those abs!
Sugar.
Not sure why people think this is making their foods healthier.
