Bought this monitor a few months ago, just be aware it doesn't come with an actual monitor stand you have to clamp it on your desk or drill a hole through your desk like I had to do to mount it which was easy. The monitor and stand are very heavy duty, solid price. It's usually $650 for these.

Review this video to see how this monitor works and how it installs, https://youtu.be/Vj-iaDNxr1c

I bought this last year from Costco when it came on sale. Not a gamer, and use it for productivity apps and video consumption.

The monitor arm clamps on your desk, articulates really well, and although has a smaller range of motion than my Ergotron, is suitable for the small everyday articulation -- honestly, I don't move my monitors on a regular basis. Really enjoy the amount of room freed up on my desk.

Use it with a docked MacBook Pro with MonitorConrol (https://github.com/MonitorControl...orControl) to use the mac keys to adjust brightness.

Amazing price.

They are completely different monitors class. This one has 4k resolution. The other 2 are only 2k monitors and can't be compared.

I don't understand why people ask for apple vs orange comparison. Not trying to be an a$$ but what is the reason behind this question? If you need a 4k monitor, have the required hardware to run it at 4k, and can afford it then this is the only choice of the 3 monitors. If you don't have the GPU/hardware to run games/programs at 4k then this is a waste of a monitor.

That Samsung is VA panel. This is IPS.
I take it you mean that IPS is better?

Costco has always come through for me on price adjustments without any hassle.
I just bought a treadmill and the price dropped. All I did was go here [costco.com] and request for price adjustment and it happened in 3 days.

I can confirm - I got the same flyer today as in the OP. Legit.
What is the flyer for? Will it be immediately available online for order or is this an in person ad?

The link doesn't work, but I figured out the page:
https://customerservice.costco.co.../a_id/628/

From the Costco webpage:

Costco.com will gladly issue a credit for the difference between the price you paid and the promotional price, if your purchase was made online at Costco.com and was within 30 days prior to the change in price. Credits are typically issued within 3-5 business days.

Please note:
  • The special consideration for promotional pricing is for end consumers only. Resellers must purchase the item during the valid promotional dates to receive the promotional price.
  • If you purchased the item at a Costco warehouse location, please inquire at the membership counter at the Costco location where you made the purchase.
  • Costco does not price match with other retailers.

Hey guys. Can anyone comment on this for professional photo editing? Thinking of gifting it to someone who uses Lightroom etc a lot for fine art photography.

fwiw, I use a 4K 40" TCL Android TV that cost arnd $200 for work at home and it does it's job. This LG will likely have way better color reproduction and pixel smoothness but for 1/3 of the price and bigger real estate, I decided to go with using a 4K smart tv instead.

Debating. I need dual monitor not a gamer at all. Productivity. I was thinking dual 27. Anyone experience with dual of this size? Is it too much? Is this the monitor to get if max budget is 1200 for dual.
This is a very personal preference and only came upon my current setup by trying things out. I am running a 2019 MacBook pro with CalDigit T3 connected to this 32" running @4k paired with 27" LG 650 @3360x1890 (don't judge me).

At 26"+ from my eyes, the 27" @4k was a little too small for productivity apps, reading. I had initially tried moving the 27" closer and farther (depending on what I was doing) using a monitor arm, but that gets old pretty quickly.

At 26"+ the 32" works great. However, I could tell it would require a lot of head movement to see the edges in any dual configuration. So I opted to have my secondary (27") angled towards me. Even like this, the far edges of each monitor require head movement.

Due to space -- I went with the 27 on the secondary. I don't miss it not being 32". I could have run dual 27" @ 3360x1890 to achieve similar satisfaction. Still, I enjoy the extra real estate on my primary monitor for the productivity apps and video.

You could try a dual 32" config and work back from there. This monitor is great, and yes, you pay extra for the USB-C hub (I am using it, so not everything goes back and plugs into the CalDigit) and the arm (which has freed up all this space on my desk) and plan to keep it for a very long time.

Correct, it has no Thunderbolt. It connects the mac via USB-C. No USB-A required (it becomes a hub, allowing USB-A devices to be plugged into the Mac via plugging them into the ports behind the monitor).

I wouldn't call this a gaming monitor, and if it was, it's not a very good one. "60Hz Refresh Rate & 5ms Response Time" leaves a lot to be desired in terms of performance usually looked at for gaming.
Nobody is talking about this being a gaming monitor, but you, and it's not marketed or sold as a gaming monitor. However, gaming at 60Hz is fine if you're not young and think you have to have the latest and greatest and compete with all of your friends over who has the best monitor or have some kind of super human vision, that most people don't have. I say this as someone who's been gaming at 60Hz for over 40 years.
