Did the same and got the same answser. Let's see once the order shipped and we can get the credit. My order actually already with UPS. It is just costco order info has not yet updated.
Its super quick. Just mention previous chat reference and order number. Once CSR process it, you will receive notification from Costco with subject "REFUND: Notification from Costco.com <order no>"

Why do you say using an M1 Mac single monitor is not good with this monitor? I'm looking to buy this monitor and use a M1 MacBook Air
I want be a brief and not discourage since it is one hell of a deal after $150+$50 off. M1 Air is good if you do want to run single monitor setup. You will probably be using 1440p PPI which is the default scaling. It is great but little cramped for two windows side by side.

Thinking I might buy two for my home office to use as my mains -- hope this deal turns out to be true!

Costco also had a solid deal rn on the HP 27" Class Freesync 4K IPS -- down to $229 from $399. While not as good of a monitor it's not exactly junk, *might* look at it if this deal doesn't come to fruition on the 23rd.
Found out the Freesync doesn't have a VESA mount so nvmnd on that -- Ultrafines it is.

Got the monitor earlier today. Need to make room on the desk first. I did hook it up to another table.

I find the pivot joint - the one sticking out of the arm, to be extremely loose and no way to tighten it up. I suppose not that big of a deal once the monitor is in position. I don't plan on moving it about.

Also, costco advised me to cancel the order to apply the coupon. I did cancel, yet it shipped anyway. Per ups and costco there's another one headed this way eta next tuesday. Guess I'll be going to back to the store with one.

The one I did hook up did not appear to have any dead pixels and appeared ok.

Does anyone know if this monitor can be purchased at the warehouse? I wish I could go buy them at the site right away.

Usually it says that on the website so my guess is no. Would be worth a call to your store though.

To me the picture at 1440 on a 32" is way too big. Native 4K is a bit small but doable for me. One of the middle settings (I thinking it was the 3rd from the right) for scaling in MacOS looks quite good.

Ordered last weekend. Price-matched yesterday.

Today I saw the $50 off $500. Contacted Costco chat and they checked membership ID and immediately issued a code. I asked if the code could be applied to an order placed last weekend. The rep applied and initiated the refund and confirmed the price match is also on the way.

Thanks, SD!

I got the tracking number and was supposed to receive it today, but it's night time now and the ups tracking site hasn't been updated. Seems like it's gonna be delayed

Ordered and will be receiving it Tuesday. I've had my eyes on this for awhile now for the office. This monitor at $450, can't complain one bit.

This is a very personal preference and only came upon my current setup by trying things out. I am running a 2019 MacBook pro with CalDigit T3 connected to this 32" running @4k paired with 27" LG 650 @3360x1890 (don't judge me).

At 26"+ from my eyes, the 27" @4k was a little too small for productivity apps, reading. I had initially tried moving the 27" closer and farther (depending on what I was doing) using a monitor arm, but that gets old pretty quickly.

At 26"+ the 32" works great. However, I could tell it would require a lot of head movement to see the edges in any dual configuration. So I opted to have my secondary (27") angled towards me. Even like this, the far edges of each monitor require head movement.

Due to space -- I went with the 27 on the secondary. I don't miss it not being 32". I could have run dual 27" @ 3360x1890 to achieve similar satisfaction. Still, I enjoy the extra real estate on my primary monitor for the productivity apps and video.

You could try a dual 32" config and work back from there. This monitor is great, and yes, you pay extra for the USB-C hub (I am using it, so not everything goes back and plugs into the CalDigit) and the arm (which has freed up all this space on my desk) and plan to keep it for a very long time.
32" is it hard on the eyes or strain up close? I got 32" ips from monoprice but idk if it's the screen or the mnfu.

I didn't even adjust anything as a lazy noob.
