Why are you making up stuffs? 150W is not even the TDP of the newer power hungry RTX 3070 cards. It has a TDP between 85W to 100W at max. I think you picked up the information from Techpowerup, right?
Check some actual reviews. During Gaming, this Laptop's total power consumption ranges between 150W to 170W. Notebookcheck.net may be a good starting point for you.

Have a few mining. DaggerHashimoto: 34.07 MH/s, making $2-2.50 per day on Nicehash.

Here's a piece of advice from someone who owns the 144 hz model of this laptop: Don't upgrade the BIOS firmware to 1.7.0! It will seriously underclock the CPU. Follow the setup tutorial on Reddit and you will get the best performance possible on this machine.

This has been fixed. I am running the latest bios and vbios. You need to update both.

This is probably the dumbest idea ever. Electricity costs more than what you gain in mining. Why not just invest what your utility would cost daily into Ethereum through Robinhood instead? You get more!
