I do wish it was a bit smaller. The screen is small compared to the size of the laptop. Other than that it is great.
It is very fast and it was very easy to set up as it was so fast.
The two USB-C have display port and are able to run a 4k monitor @ 30 hz. About as good as laptops generally get. Many will not do 4k. My Lenovo Duet only did 1080p @ 24 hz.
The keyboard is better than I expected.
The Celeron 4020 is quite fast faster than most Celerons.
768P is fine for an 11" screen.
It has a micro SD slot for more memory.
I could not find a better Chromebook for close to this price. Many had much slower Celeron's or less.

Yes, it does out of box. Also, android apps can be side loaded by enabling Linux or developer mode. I would also suggest to enable swap memory if it is not already enabled

Yes Play Store is installed and all the apps I used on my Chromebook Duet were automatically installed on this Flex 3.
Not all apps that you could put on Android are available on a Chromebook but most are.
