Your home doesn't have a holding tank, or ever move so that a trap might leak air. I'm not aware of a situation this would be needed. If you have sewer gas in your house there are other ways to deal with it

I actually think this would be worse because the suction from wind May empty your trap and possibly allow sewer gas back in when the winds die down.
