mines fairly quiet but i just bought it like a week ago, do note that there's no real bevel or whatever , the mattress isn't held in place

I have this model, plus different one, for a couple years now. I know others have complained of squeaks, but I have not experienced that at all- I did threadlock everything when putting it together though.
Overall I have been very happy with them- modern style, they look nicer than their $100 dollar price would suggest, and have been sturdy.

Been using a similar zinus since 5+ years but a full size one. Tightened the screws just once 2 years ago. Mine does not squeak. I like that you can put some stuff beneath the bed like boxes etc.
