I'm surprised to hear complaints about the taste. Not all flavors are equal but I like these better than gatorade. Everyone in my family enjoys them. In for 20.
In for 800 servings? 20 x 40? How long is the shelf life?

So much nonsense advice. Weigh yourself before your 'sweaty' workout, weigh afterward and see how much water weight you dropped. Look at skin and look for salty shine versus just sweat. Smell yourself and see if it's a smell more than just pores releasing last meal. Those are all personal signs about hydration demands and then you can look at your own needs.

People sweat differently and therefore need different pre and post activity nutrition.

Before you jump on the wagon, check out this video. https://youtu.be/uGgC5lvuPLY It shows how the average Joe/Jane probably doesn't need electrolyte drinks/bars, etc ...
As people age they have more severe symptoms when they are dehydrated so it can be useful for an average joe that forgets to constantly drink water all day.

Just bought these a week ago at this price because of high praise I have seen online. I'm normally a Liquid IV guy. Nuun tablets are definitely an acquired taste...Not for me. I truly disliked the taste. Great deal for someone though!
I agree. I like liquid iv better.

How bad is the taste compared to liquid IV? Can you at least chug it without a foul taste in your mouth?

They're not that bad. A little fizzy and Not very sweet. But it's not like you're drinking these to enjoy them! Used to drink these when playing basketball.

These are pretty good for hangovers but they taste like ass.
If you don't wake up with the taste of ass already in your mouth you didn't drink enough.

I've been using these for my marathon training and they taste alright; but I found an amazing hack. Basically add them to carbonated water (I have a soda stream) and it makes them the perfect after run drink; way tastier!

The ones I just got have an expiration date of around 5/2022 so that's a pretty long shelf life.

Price has fluctuated from $16.44 and it is now $14.00. So, it's still a deal even at $2.66 more than yesterday.

[7:17pm PDT]
Now at $12.67 after jumping to $25.00. $1.23 above yesterday's deal.
