My experience with Ceva was great despite all the negativity I've heard. I placed my order on 9/27 and Amazon gave an arrival date of 10/6-10/12. The TV was "on hand" at my local Ceva on 10/5. I was concerned that it would just sit there for a while so I emailed them asking for a delivery date. They replied to my emailed within the hour and gave a delivery date of 10/6 with a comical time frame of 9am-5pm. The TV was delivered around 4:15pm.
The TV came in beat up A80J packaging with packaging tape all over it. I thought they made a mistake and sent the A80J instead of the A8H, but upon closer inspection it was indeed the A8H in the box. Everything but the manual was included, even the remote looked brand new. The TV itself looks pristine with no visible flaws. To my relief, the service menu showed only 6 hours panel time. As a first time OLED owner, picture quality looks amazing compared to my 2017 Hisense 65H8C.
