eBay has a 20% of power tools promotion. You have to add both items to cart to get the free shipping (otherwise it's $9 per item). Once in checkout apply the coupon SAVE4FALL to the order.

It's sold by Factory Authorized Outlet (Authorized Milwaukee dealer). I've purchased two items before and have not had any issues.

Final prices and link for items:

It's definitely nice to have this when you have to go through many silicones at once or have arthritis in hand. Very consistent and battery lasts forever for this tool. I purchased mine when I had to go through 10 liquid nails and few silicones. For typical home use, this is def overkill especially with the price tag.

Worth it if you're double fisting caulk all day.

Worth it when that's a massive part of the job, simple diy? Over kill, if it's part of the job that you can make money by completing it quicker? Worth it.

The difference is similar to a car's manual steering vs power steering, and if you have to use it multiple times for hours everyday. Btw, how many newer cars do not come with power steering? Or driver assistanced where steering is, should I say, after thought? In the future every caulk cartridges will come with an powered dispenser and a nano GPS height adjusters to lay down perfect 45 degrees parallel edged beads, but I digress.

That's what I did. It's less than half the price brand new. I love my M12 tools (hammer drill, impact, screwdriver, multitool) but the caulk gun is just overpriced.

I did a project involving a ton of construction adhesive and faux brick facing.

It was the Ryobi gun so it cost a fraction of this, but I would easily have paid this price over a manual caulk gun. The time savings alone is ridiculous, let alone how much easier on your hands it is

If you're just caulking a bathtub, this is overkill. Installing some windows? Resetting the hatches on your boat? Worth it's weight in gold, particularly when you move from caulk to more viscous sealants.

I would call this a mild deal, if you're already invested in the Milwaukee 12 volt system. I paid $139 after taxes in December 2020 with the home Depot battery return deals. I have five or six cases worth of industrial grade adhesives and silicone through it, and half of those were applied at 40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit which wouldn't have been much fun squeezing by hand.

I've firsthand experience using one of these recently. Decided to get some of that faux concrete rock for the exposed foundation around my house. Attaching to the concrete required loctite construction adhesive - I needed around 80 tubes of the stuff.

My neighbor, a Subaru master technician, offered to lend me his Milwaukee caulk gun. He uses it to apply a bead of sealant or whatever to Subaru engines and swore by it. He wasn't wrong. It made the process way easier than using a manual gun.
