Only one rating center, but this helmet only scores 4/5 stars with a a score of 17.8 (lower is better) from Virginia Tech Helmet Ratings. That's going to be a pass from me, as similarly priced helmets like the Specialized Align II perform much better.

Thumps up on a cycling deal though!

These are nice helmets for the price (Giro Fixture). They look much nicer and have better protection than the generic walmart mtb helmet, and the fit is good for big heads. I bought two last year from amazon at $53 each for my melon head kids who wear adult size helmets.

Website is horrible adds wrong colors and items to cart. But after fighting a bit I got the checkout with correct time and price is good!
