Just got mine today. Is there a trick in getting the last notch? For the life of me I cant stretch it enough to do it.
These look very similar to the old army cots my dad has that we use from time to time. I would suggest looking for some youtube videos on them. It is meant to be very tight.

One way we do it, is to use the bar from another one to leverage and pry the end bar in. Of course then you have to be able to get the one you used the part from together as well. Or an axe handle can work too. There is a way to stand it on and leverage it just right with no tools and take a bit of practice. Even then, if it is nice and tight it can still be difficult.

Thanks for bar advice. Was able to pry it in. But this is such a pain. A video I saw on YT the reviewer had no issues doing it by hand. Seems mine the bedding material was short by a few centimeters.

being new. it will stretch some. You can start by sitting on it / bouncing on, from side to side to stretch it a bit. then the stand on end method usually works pretty good since the leverage of the entire cot, while keeping your foot on the end bar, is a really good.

I bought one from Amazon when it was available. Arrived two days ago. It seems to be too heavy to me. Don't want it any more. Haven't open the package from Amazon. Anybody can buy it from me for $20, local pickup only. The DC area.
