- Sign up for a free Vemo account
- Proceed to download the Venmo App [iOS or Android] for Free and login using your sign-up credentials
- Open the app and locate the user settings tab on the bottom right
- On the upper right hand corner, locate the cogwheel settings tab and select it
- Scroll down until you locate the 'Buying' section and click on the 'Offers' tab
- Proceed to click on the 'Find more offers' link to build your custom experience
- You will now find a carousel of offers: Panda Express, CVS, Giant Eagle & Foot Locker
- Click on each offer and 'Pay with QR code' to proceed with your promotional offer
- Note, you will need to begin the ID verification processor to be eligible to pay with using a QR code

Open Venmo and find an offer for Panda Express under Featured QR Offers.
Go to Panda Express store and order more than $10
Choose pay with QR code in Venmo app

Glad they tried to figure it out. Kinda mind boggling when there are multiple signs (sticker on the entrance door and cash register) that they take venmo payment but they have no clue that they do.
How do you known it worked? I used the offer around an hour ago. Offer is not showing in my Venmo offers anymore (same thing for Panda Express).
