Open Venmo and find an offer for Panda Express under Featured QR Offers.
Go to Panda Express store and order more than $10
Choose pay with QR code in Venmo app
Deal valid thru Nov 9, 2021
When you are on the main screen of Venmo there are four icons across the bottom of the screen. Click the one that looks like a person with a dollar sign over their shoulder. Then click the little gear in the upper right corner of the screen. Then scroll down to where it says offers and memberships and click on that. Then click on find more offers. I have four offers there. One is $10 back when paying with venmo QR code at CVS and $10 at foot locker and $10 at Giant Eagle grocery store and the $10 off at Panda express. Venmo did a really good job of hiding these offers. It's a miracle that anybody actually found it and posted it on here. (Thank you)
Seems like a fine deal, but I think if I ever went to Panda and asked to pay with QR code, the cashier wouldn't know what to do.
Go to setting on the right lower icon then under setting it is under "buying" section, u will see an offer section. I literally just found out too

My Panda closed the dining area but said I could QR through the drive thru. Cashier wouldn't scan the code and took the phone out of my hand to inside. Then she hands back an Applepay authentication screen. How the F did you get from the Venmo QR screen to ApplePay authentication? I put it back on Venmo, she did it AGAIN. Had to get a manager involved to do it right.
Deal showed pending on the purchase right away. A day later THAT deal is gone, it's not showing on the full price purchase, and I don't see a $10 credit yet.
I noticed that it doesn't say "earned venmo offers" on the Panda transaction under transactions list (far right icon of person with $), but it DOES show in the other list (far left icon of speech bubble with $).
-per others, NOT showing in "friends" sub-menu, that's for Facebook and address book linking/permission.
Sounds like it worked and I just have to be patient for X days for a credit to appear.
LOL just went to Panda Express and they had no idea how to process the payment so he just have it for free-EXTRA SLICK
That's interesting. Come in saying you're going to pay with QR and you have no other forms of payment. If they can't get it to work, their fault right? I'm on your side. Might give that a go.
today was the first time ive ever paid for something in stores with an app like Venmo. I think this is the future and using plastic will be left behind soon
Asian countries have been using QR code to pay for the past 4-5 years already. Venmo and Paypal started the same here in US. Hopefully should pick up.
Since Covid started, I never swipe my card at POS, fearing any virus sticking to my card. I always bring it close to POS to make contactless payment. Similarly, Venmo and Paypal QR are going to be my favorite but not many merchants accept them yet.

What about the stuff that you bought? How did you buy it without touching it?

I wore glove in my right hand to touch anything and pickup items. Used my left hand without glove only to handle my phone and car keys. Opened trunk and placed merchandise, removed glove from right hand and still sanitized it. Let the items sit in quarantine zone for 4-5 days or use clorox to sanitize them before immediate use.
So insane..
Was so excited to use this and get some free teriyaki chicken. Roll up to the drive-thru and of course there's a sign saying they're out of teriyaki chicken lol
The sesame chicken was good though. Love the lo mein too.
Unlike some other reports on here my cashier knew exactly what to do with the Venmo payment. I received confirmation I had redeemed the offer the next day
I linked my venmo to my chase credit card and it worked fine
Is there a fee with using CC with Venmo? Venmo say its $0 for online purchase, and 3% for sending money to people (how about business?

I have bought an amazon gift card of $25 and i did not get any cashback. Anything i am missing? I have made the payment going through the offers and then launching the qr code from that page.
