About 2 hours in the 3 games I have played so far with 4-5 people.
Great game, easy to learn, and its been different every time. The replayability is stellar.
One thing I did notice, the expansions don't really add anything useful unlike many games, so unless you are a completist, can skip those.

Awesome game. Guided step by step quick start game play cards make it easy to get one or all newbie players up to speed in no time. Literally it says "play xx card here, use yy resource and move it to zz". It makes it so easy to pickup the mechanism of game play in no time flat.
