What full size fridge freezer has that low of starting amperage? It's usually 2.5-3X running amps. Generally 13-17 amps starting for a decent non apartment fridge freezer. So this may do a mini fridge
Just trying to save people from buying this thinking it will do that based on the math. Otherwise I'm sure its good.
There seem to be good ones out there if you dig into the community commentary, but be ready to swap until you get one.

That's actually a tall order because those little noise makers can put out some watts!
Mine is made by LG, bought in 2012, have used it with my 2kW inverter generator and you'd never know it kicked on. Contrast with my chest freezer, generator throttles up when the freezer compressor has to kick on.
