I had the 1 month free intro to shipt, and cancelled it after I ordered $10 worth of chicken from target and got a package that was way out of "sell by" date, and shipt wouldn't refund me the money for the bad chicken. Yeah, target should have pulled it from the shelf, but the shopper didn't check, and shipt didn't care. Ten bucks (plus tip on the amount) down the drain. I have had no problems w. instacart and refunding wrong items that the shopper picked up.

Target owns Shipt. Target items on Shipt are going to be the same price as target.com Actually, if you're shopping Target, you should just do it from target.com and use Shipt through there; it's called "same day." target.com has more variety and more control - if an item is out of stock, you can select a different Target or having shipped to you for free provided your total order amount is $35+.

Other stores on Shipt do mark up prices

Walmart+ has unlimited free delivery to most areas for $99/yr, but MANY CB sites give up to 50% of the charge back. Wallyworld charges the same prices as their in-store cost for ANY delivered item. There is an order minimum of $35 for free grocery delivery, no min. for everything else. Very easy online ordering, and easy "returns" online for any grocery item that you aren't happy with. We have only had one complaint for an undersized cauliflower, and they automatically refunded the cost immediately online.. If you allow substitutions for items, they only charge for the orginal item but replace it with something better. Even though we ordinarily don't shop at Walmart, we have been very satisfied with their grocery delivery service. We have compared their costs to Shipt, and found the latter to have ridiculous markups.

Is there any way to cancel auto-renewal? Not seeing that. I only see a cancel button and it says it's effective immediately.

Nope! This promo cannot be used at Target.com, only Target items directly thru Shipt which I found are less available and also marked up. Better to just keep setting up new Target accounts using different emails and enroll in the 30 day free trial there.

Unfortunately this is what I found as well. I did a detailed price comparison to store and Shipt pricing and I would literally spend double on groceries in return for this "free" membership. Not worth it...
