Very few people eating a "standard American diet" or better need to supplement with Vitamin C. You're literally flushing your money down the toilet and adding sugar to your diet with these.

Vitamins don't really expired. They just become less potent. It should be safe to consume still.

This is just candy disguised as a vitamin supplement.
Actual candies have better nutrition than this.

Super helpful if you're fearful of scurvy but unless you're a 18th century British sailor and you're out of limes it won't help with much else.

Here's a good Cochran database article looking at studies that basically showed vitamin C doesn't really do much to fight viruses (the common cold for starters).
