200 lbs over 10 dumbbells means they need to average 20 lbs. And that's assuming that they intend 200 lb of weights. Industrial equipment is rated at its breaking weight and you should never go over 50% of that. If they're using that scale, this should not exceed an average of 10 lbs.

Bought this a few weeks ago, similar price, have it in boiler room with 2 of each 40, 35, 20 and 10 lb dumbbells. Sturdy and solid.
