Quality varies quite a bit. The base ingredients are similar, but most of the locations are franchises, and corporate doesn't seem to be super fussy about uniformity of food. Things like mixing the sauce correctly and cooking the right amount of time make a big difference. Also, hot-n-ready means that lazy store managers might let them sit in the heat rack for too long, which absolutely can dry them out.

If you've never been excited about being able to buy a 5 dollar pizza, then count yourself lucky. I've had multiple times in my life where it absolutely made my day to get one of these, and there could be again.

It's annoying that they removed the regular $5 pizzas from online ordering. You have to go inside to order those.

If it feeds my complicated picky daughter, i aint complaining. Its the only pizza she enjoys and thankfully, my local one doesnt make it too greasy and she likes to take off the pepperoni. Different strokes for different folks.

In Oklahoma they show "ExtraMostBestest® Stuffed Crust Pepperoni" as well as "Pepperoni & Cheese Stuffed Crust" available to order on their website.

I find that to be pretty much the same with Domino's and Pizza Hut. 2 of each in my town and one location always seems to make it a little better than the other. The thing I don't like about Little Caeser's is when they're not busy and make pizzas ahead of time and store them in their warming ovens for hours, those taste like crap.
